Dataset background

This selection lists the 11 CGN tetraploid wheat accessions that were used in a study by Oliveira et al. (2020; link below). This study describes the domestication history of wheat using a diversity panel of 189 tetraploid wheat accessions using genotyping by sequencing (GBS).
