Dataset background

This selection lists 8 CGN accessions that were included in a study by Blanco-Pastor et al. (2019; link below) that describes the genetic diversity in a larger panel of 481 populations of Lolium prerenne. The accessions were genotyped using genotyping by sequencing (GBS).
