Dataset background

This selection lists all CGN accessions that were genotyped by Ribera et al. (2021) using 56 KASP (SNP) markers. The authors genotyped 95 CGN Spinacia accessions to study the origin and dispersion of cultivated spinach. This collection comprised 54 spinach (Spinacia oleracea) landraces, 16 accessions of S. tetrandra and 25 accessions of S. turkestanica.
