Dataset background

Ribera et al. (2021) genotyped 95 CGN Spinacia accessions to study the origin and dispersion of cultivated spinach using 56 SNP (KASP) markers. This collection comprised 54 spinach (Spinacia oleracea) landraces, 16 accessions of S. tetrandra and 25 accessions of S. turkestanica.
