Dataset background

This selection lists all accessions genotyped by Gyawali et al. (2021). The authors genotyped 72 CGN Spinacia turkestanica accessions through genotyping by sequencing (GBS) to study the domestication of S. oleracea. The authors extracted 7065 SNP markers from their GBS dataset.

The .vcf file with SNP information is available online and can be accessed (raw sequence data are not available). An Excel sheet (available below) summarizes all available genetic and genomic data for CGN spinach accessions, including data access details for the Gyawali dataset.
