Dataset background

Severing et al. (2023) sequenced a male and female genotype from two spinach crop wild relatives: Spinacia tetrandra (CGN25471; Armenia) and S. turkestanica (CGN25259; Uzbekistan) using both illumina and Oxford Nanpore Technology (ONT) reads.
