CGN Trait information
Genomic and/or genotypic data
Dataset background
This selection lists all CGN spinach accessions for which whole genome sequencing data are available. Currently this comprises one publication. Severing et al. (2023) sequenced a male and female genotype from two spinach crop wild relatives: Spinacia tetrandra (CGN25471; Armenia) and S. turkestanica (CGN25259; Uzbekistan) using both illumina and Oxford Nanpore Technology (ONT) reads. Raw sequencing reads are available from the European Nucleotide Archive (ENA) under BioProject accession number PRJEB59005.
The Excel sheet (below) summarizes all available genetic and genomic data for CGN spinach accessions, including access details for this dataset.
