Dataset background

This selection lists all CGN Spinach accessions (cultivated and wild relatives) for which whole genome sequencing data are available. The sequencing data are available from different studies (see publications). The Excel file with background information summarizes all available genomic data for CGN lettuce accessions and provides links to associated publications and data repositories where sequence reads can be downloaded.

Please note that sequencing data for some accessions were obtained from "duplicate accessions": accessions that are held in another genebank, but that share a common source. Details are described in the accompanying Excel file.

The Excel sheet (below) summarizes all available genetic and genomic data for CGN spinach accessions, including access details for this dataset.
