This selection lists all CGN tomato accessions (cultivated and wild relatives) for which SPET marker data are available. SPET data were derived from a EU Horizon 2020 project (G2Psol) in which thousands of tomato accessions were genotyped using 5K SPET markers. Almost all CGN tomato accessions were included in this study. There is no publication associated with this dataset. The Excel file with background information provides links data repositories where sequence reads can be downloaded.
