Dataset background

This selection lists all CGN pepper Capsicum spp. accessions that were genotyped by Tripodi et al. (2021) through genotyping by sequencing (GBS). The authors genotyped 10.000 accessions of pepper and wild relatives (Capsicum spp.) to study its historical range expansion. The study included 690 CGN accessions. GBS Sequencing data are available from the European nucleotide Archine (ENA) under BioProject PRJEB45375. The Excel sheet below summarizes all available genetic and genomic data for CGN pepper accessions, and includes access- and publication details.
