This selection lists all CGN Pepper accessions for which whole genome sequencing data are available. Sequencing data are currently available for three accessions, described in one publication. Papastolopoulo et al. (2025) generated genome assemblies of three different Capsicum accessions (C. annuum (CGN16883), C. chacoense (CGN21477) and C. galapagoense CGN22208)) to study the Capsicum pan-genome. Raw sequencing data (PacBio CLR, Illumina paired end), genome assemblies and annotations) can be retrieved from the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) server under the Project ID PRJNA944626.

The Excel sheet (below) summarizes all available genetic and genomic data for CGN Capsicum accessions, including access details for this dataset.
