from BBA, Institut für Pflanzenschutz in Ackerbau und Grünland. The method for this lab. test was described by Hodgson (1961; Amer. Potato J. 38: 259-264). Results from field tests were obtained from CPRO. Van Soest et al. (1984; Potato Res. 27: 393-411) describe the "weighted mean" method and discuss the evaluation results. For the import of the results into GENIS database, the original WM values were multiplied by 10 to restore the unit PERCENTAGE (infected foliage). Results from the WAC inventory (1971) are included.
