Dataset background

This selection lists the 170 CGN Brassica napus accessions that were used in a study by Gazave et al. (2016; link below). This study describes the genotyping of a diversity panel of 872 B. napus accessions using genotyping by sequencing (GBS) of which 170 accessions were derived from the CGN. Details on this study (and other available datasets on CGN accessions) can be found in the associated Excel file.
