Dataset background

This selection lists the 165 CGN Brassica oleracea accessions that were used in a study by Cai et al. (2022; link below). This study describes the genotyping of a diversity panel of 1000 Brassica oleracea accessions using a technique similar to genotyping by sequencing (GBS) of which 165 accessions were derived from the CGN. Details on this study (and other available genomic datasets on CGN crucifer accessions) can be found in the associated Excel file.
